Organic Artisan Pasta
Our pasta is handmade, as it was in the past. We use the “Senatore Cappelli” ancient durum wheat that we cultivate in our farm in Molise.
The bronze wire-drawing, the low-pressure extrusion and the long drying time (more than 40 hours) preserve the high quality of the semolina.
High-protein, easy to digest pasta that holds up to cooking optimally.
